Why can't you trust me?
Why did you let go?
Why did you leave me here all alone?
I held you as a friend.
I held you as my own.
Now you deny all the trust I've shown.
Before you'd ever fall, I'd grab you by the hand.
Leaving this way, you left it hard for me to stand.
Why can't you trust me?
Why did you let go?
Why did you leave me here all alone?
Just the other day we were so close.
But then I know friends come and go.
Whenever they leave a part of you does too.
Know that the true ones will never fade from you.
It is okay you didn't trust me.

It is okay that you let go.

As long as I have myself, I am never alone.
